Items purchased from MACOSCH will be delivered by a courier company.

Orders will be delivered within 3-10 business days for orders to Spain and Portugal. Delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed. Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch a product ordered before 7.30pm on the same working day.

We will always try to fulfil orders, but our only responsibility to you where a product is no longer available, or if we are unable to supply a particular product for whatever reason, is to make sure we do not charge you for the product.

Delivery time may vary during sales or promotional periods and/or for deliveries to areas that involve special customs. Delivery will be deemed complete upon the customer’s signing of a receipt for the products at the agreed delivery address.

In order to avoid problems with delivery (such as incorrect address, absence at time of delivery, etc.), it is imperative to complete the order form correctly. It is recommended to provide a contact telephone number where required. Orders may be tracked and viewed on our courier service’s website. The shipping cost will be showed, along with the VAT of the destination country, at checkout, once the order has been placed, and before payment is due.

When a delivery is made in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, it's important to enter your NIF / CIF number so that your order can be successfully delivered.

When a delivery is made in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside of the European Union,
and your address doesn't include the NIF / CIF number, your order may be delayed in customs, or returned to Macosch as undeliverable.

Shipping costs: 

* - Shipping costs do not include any duties, taxes, or clearing charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary from country to country. We cannot predetermine what the charges will be. The charges may be billed directly to the customer by the destination’s customs authority. We suggest that you call your local customs office if you would like more information on customs duties in your country. Customs regulations and tax rates applicable to certain goods may change between the order date and the date of entry. In addition, classification of goods in various countries and regions may be different.

For delivery to the United States of America, you will be liable to pay for any customs and duty charges for orders over $800. Please note, the value of $800 is the total order value before promotions or discounts have been applied.
There may also be some places we cannot deliver to.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to any overseas departments and territories of the following countries: the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, Canary Islands, Campione d'Italia, Città del Vaticano, Livigno, San Marino, Büsingen am Hochrhein, Helgoland, Greenland and the Faroe Islands. Any order addressed to these locations will be cancelled.
